Units of Sound:Literacy that fits
It is always a worry if your child is not reading or spelling as well as they should. It is natural for parents to be concerned but it is often difficult to know what to do to help.
Well, now you can really help even if you have no teaching experience. Units of Sound: Literacy that Fits has been specifically developed for use in the home. It only needs a little of your time and there is audio help to guide you available at the top of every screen. First you will need to work through a short reading exercise to set the right programme for your child and then about every 3-4 weeks you will need to listen to your child read from the Literacy that fits Reading Book to ensure that good progress is being made.
The Literacy that fits Reading Book pages are specially designed so that the
child only makes use of the skills they have learned so far with the programme. You will be surprised at how quickly success builds confidence and even more success.
A progress chart keeps a record of work covered and guides the user through the programme.
