Setting up Remote Help

Units of Sound Technical Support uses a programme called Team Viewer to see what is happening on your computer and to make sure Units of Sound is set up correctly.

It is completely safe and you can download it here.

When the download box appears choose Run to use it immediately or Save to download and install later.

Make sure you have access to where Units of Sound is installed. When you need support create a ticket and arrange a mutually convenient time to link up. Don't forget to tell the supporting person your ID and Password.
