A single day or half day introduction to the program and its use.
The Units of Sound is an effective multimedia programme for the development of reading and spelling for adults and children (from age 8).

The day will enable you to become familiar with this powerful resource and provide an introduction to using the programme with any learner who needs help with decoding or spelling.
Day's content and structure
The course includes awareness of:
• | Effective use of the materials for reading, spelling and writing. |
• | The management and monitoring of students' progress. |
• | Advice on supporting students at the different stages of the programme with reinforcement activities and other multisensory tools. |
• | Support materials. |
