Units of Sound Support

If you have any problems with UofS you should first review all the known issues at our UofS support Site or try our interactive Troubleshooter , Knowledgebase or create a support ticket.

If you request help by submitting a ticket you will receive an email with your ticket number. If you do not receive this email immediately you may have entered an incorrect email address and you will have to recreate your request for help.

Vista

UofS fully supports Vista. However, to run Units of Sound on Vista you will need a new full V4.5 installer. Please Submit a Ticket and we will send you details of how to install on Vista and if required how to move your students’ data to your new PC.

Updates

It is very important that you obtain the correct update for your programme please go to the correct page, For Schools or Literacy that fits.
