Help

There are several ways to get help.
Please review all the known issues at our UofS support Site or try our interactive Troubleshooter , Knowledgebase or create a support ticket.

If you request help by submitting a ticket you will receive an email with your ticket number. If you do not receive this email immediately you may have entered an incorrect email address and you will have to recreate your request for help.
Submitting a ticket is the fastest way to get help.

Vista and Windows 7

UofS v5 fully supports Vista and Windows 7.
If you need to run Units of Sound on these platforms you will need to upgrade to version 5.
